We’re making new ways to pray, new ways to grieve, & new ways to celebrate.

We build visionary experiences that invite people to live with the world, not in it. Our initiatives cultivate a social reality that reflects our environmental reality, working across scale, setting, and format to serve our mission.

Our Initiatives

I. Communal Rituals

Communal Rituals are unique, immersive events in the lineage of parties, festivals, and collective rites across time. They help us understand today’s uncanny environmental realities and build the culture of tomorrow. With them, we come together to contend with eco-grief, mark seasonal transitions, mourn losses, and celebrate joys, building healthier relationships with the natural world.

Projects range from large public festivals to intimate gatherings and are produced with teams of artists, designers, performers, and activists: partners who share our goal of bringing visionary events to life.

II. Healing Sessions

Healing Sessions are regularly-occurring gatherings that serve as a conduit for personal and collective connection, both to the environment and each other. These gatherings are potent spaces for grounding into the present moment, tuning into the broader world, and building resiliency.

We integrate meditation, sound, installation, movement, ritual, and reflection, often in collaboration with other practitioners. Largely based in the greater NYC area, Healing Sessions are also available by commission in many other locations.

III. Earth Temples

We dream of a world where spaces for ecological reflection and connection are a plentiful resource. Our Earth Temples are non-denominational houses for ecological emotion & spirituality, designed as long-duration installations in galleries, storefronts, museums, and other cultural spaces.

Through regular visiting hours, activations, and programs by collaborating partners, Earth Temples serve as venues for Earth-centered contemplation and gathering. Earth Temples are established through partnerships with venues, companies, or institutions.

IV. Tools for Learning & Healing

Tools for Learning & Healing are original multimedia resources that serve as portals to realms of transcendence, healing, resilience, and connection. These works aid in navigating the complex challenges of our time, and range from guided meditations for working through climate grief to heart-centered guidebooks on ecological ethics.

Our transdisciplinary approach spans sound recording, print, and visual media. These tools extend our impact beyond physical events, creating enduring works that may be turned to time and again.

V. Community Partnerships

Community Partnerships are purposeful working relationships that illuminate cultural-environmental ties and bring people together through the creation of bespoke programming. We invest in understanding the interplay between people and their environmental surroundings, co-creating work that is not only responsive but also specific to each community and place.

Partnerships are collaborative and customized, designed to resonate with each partner’s unique identity and practice. From consultation to direct support in program execution, we are deliberate in meeting our partners’ needs. Past partners have included arts institutions, local businesses, publications, and universities.
